While we do accept walk-ins, it is preferred and highly encouraged that you make an appointment (or at least call ahead). By scheduling an appointment ahead of time, you will help us ensure that we have adequate team members available to assist you.

We schedule large groups (15 or more) outside of normal business hours sometimes so contact us for more information if you are interested in a private event earlier in the day or on any day we are closed for walk-ins.

You must be 10 years old to participate in the smash room or axe throwing experiences*. Children younger than 10 years old are always welcome as spectators. Parents do not need to be present, but must sign the form electronically before anyone 10 - 17 years old can participate.

*Children 10-17 may participate after a parent or legal guardian signs the liability waiver.

Wear comfortable clothing. Closed-Toe shoes are a must! (Steel toe shoes if you have them)

Yes, with prior approval!

For your safety, all smashables are required to be inspected and approved by a Smashin’ Good Time Staff.

Please call ahead, some things can not be smashed (i.e. cathode ray tube TVs, microwaves, large appliances, etc.)

No hazardous materials, liquids, flammable, ammunition, weapons or firearms, food items, and anything deemed to be unsafe. Your safety is our top priority.

Yes, you can! 

Yes, you may take photos and video in the room, however, Smashin’ Good Time is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. We do offer videos of your session for your convenience.

Yes! Donations are an integral part of the services we provide. We take donations during regular business hours only. Please do no leave anything outside the business after hours.

Examples of items we can accept for donation are: Glass, ceramics, old lamps, small electronics or appliances (broken/no longer working: small toasters, blenders, coffee makers), alarm clocks, VCR units, blue ray players, DVD players, stereos, speakers, old cell phones, desktop phones, computers, laptops, keyboards, monitors and TVs (see below for more information on specifics), table top keyboards or pianos, wall hangings or frames for pictures, ornaments, vases, wine bottles, dishes, drinking cups or glasses, coffee cups, old trophies or plaques, clocks…basically anything that will fit on a table and would be “fun” to break! Use your imagination…. we love to see what things you can come up with!!

Note regarding TVs and Monitors: We happily accept donations of TVs and Monitors if they are not the old cube style (Cathode Ray Tubes - CRT) because they have mercury in them and could be hazardous when broken and gases released. We also cannot take plasma TVs for the same reason. All other TVs and monitors we can take (example: LCD, LED, DLP, etc.).

If you donate a significant number of items, we will give you a special certificate good for one free hour of axe throwing or ½ off an All Out Chaos (or larger) smash room experience. Please see onsite manager for more details.

Individuals/Small Groups (1 – 7 people): 
If you have a reservation and are late more than 15 minutes, you forfeit your deposit. We try to accommodate our customers in every way possible, but we do have other people and appointments waiting so we cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive early if possible and always on time to ensure you do not forfeit your deposit paid.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your experience date/time. Due to the unique nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations as we are holding this date/time specifically for you. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 3 days’ notice prior to your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule the appointment for yourself in the near future, then we will hold your deposit for up to 6 months for future rescheduling. If you cannot schedule within the next 6 months, then you may send someone else in your place (please call ahead so notes can be made in the reservation system).

Parties/Large Groups (8 or more people):
If you have a reservation and are late more than 30 minutes, you forfeit your deposit. We try to accommodate our customers in every way possible, but we do have other people and appointments waiting so we cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive early if possible and always on time to ensure you do not forfeit your deposit paid.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date/time. Due to the unique nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations as we are holding this date/time specifically for you. There are no deposit refunds for party cancellations or missed parties. You may reschedule your party for another date/time with at least 7 days’ notice. If you are unable to reschedule the party for yourself within the next 6 months, then you may send someone else in your place (please call ahead so notes can be made in the reservation system). If your party has to be cancelled, you can also apply the non-refundable deposit amount to individually booked experiences. Example: Cancelled party credit of $100 could be applied to individual axe throwing or smash room experience(s).
